The Gloucester County Branch of the NAACP endorses Ballot Question #2 that will be on the November 5th ballot. By voting “Yes” it will raise the Minimum Wage from $7.25 to $8.25 and will tie future minimum wage increases to the cost of living.
Voting for raising the minimum wage will put more money in the consumer‘s pocket, in turn, they will spend more money for things that are desperately needed within their household. This will assist in stimulating the economy. This is a win-win situation.
On November 5th vote for your candidates of choice and vote to “Raise the Wage."
